Student-Athletes (including practice players, managers, and trainers) MUST receive approval from Athletic Compliance before dropping below 12 hours in a fall or spring semester. These drops will be forwarded to the Office of the Registrar by Athletic Compliance for processing.

Advisors and advising office staff with existing Compass accounts and appropriate access will be able to process Q-drops on the SZAREGS form in accordance to the Registration, Payment Information & Deadlines for the current term. Q-drops for STUDENT-ATHLETES (including practice players, managers, and trainers) that drop the student below 12 hours should not be entered in Compass. These requests require additional approvals. Route the approved Q-drop form to Athletic Compliance in the Nye Academic Center, 2nd Floor, Bright Football Complex. Athletic Compliance will forward forms to the Office of the Registrar for processing/entering into Compass.
