If you are enrolled in courses at an institution other than Texas A&M University or Texas A&M University at Galveston in the semester in which you have applied for graduation, you must submit a Proof of Enrollment form and proof of enrollment to the Degree Audit Office. The proof can be hand delivered to the General Services Complex, Suite 1501 or faxed to 979-845-0727.

Proof of enrollment must be from the institution in which you are enrolled and must include the following:

• Your name
• The course name and number
• The institution's name

Emails are not acceptable forms of proof of enrollment. The deadline to submit proof of enrollment is the same deadline as the Q-drop deadline, which can be found on the academic calendar.
