• Family Educational and Rights Privacy Act (FERPA) contact person. ferpa@tamu.edu
• Provides educational record information requested by subpoenas.

• Coordinates commencement activities.
• Facilitates curriculum changes and cross campus enrollment.
• Serves as the EIS liaison for the Office of the Registrar.

• Monitors/certifies student-athletes' NCAA initial and continuing eligibility.
• Submits NCAA Graduation Success Rate report.
• Process eligibility certifications for teams in the Texas A&M Sport Club Association.

• Supports the approval process and procedures for the development of new courses and programs for the University.
• Coordinates with the Undergraduate Curriculum Committee, Graduate Council, Core Curriculum Council, & Faculty Senate on curricular matters.
• Maintains Curricular Services & Undergraduate Curriculum Committee websites.
• Produces the undergraduate and graduate catalogs and University commencement programs.

• Manages archived student records recorded onto Microfilm.
• Manages all permanent records for Texas A&M students enrolled prior to fall 1985.
• Archives all student academic records submitted to Registrar's Office.

• Orders diplomas for current graduate and undergraduate degree candidates.
• Conducts graduation clearance for undergraduate degree candidates.

• Degree audits can be viewed online at https://howdy.tamu.edu.
• Duplicate Diplomas may be ordered by mail or online here.

Processes:

• All grades and grade changes.
• Course drops and individual course withdrawals.
• Name changes.
• Corrections to Student Social Security Number (SSN).
• Changes to course schedules approved after the official census date.

Maintains:

• Course repeat indicators.
• Cumulative and term GPR for undergraduate students only.
• Class rank for TAMU students who have been awarded an undergraduate degree from Texas A&M University.

• SAT/ACT/GRE test scores on file.
• TASP or THEA/TSI scores on file.
• Verifications of registration/enrollment.^*

• Coordinates registration calendar and processes.
• Maintains classroom inventory.
• Schedules classrooms on the Registrar's inventory.
• Maintains Final Exam Schedule.
