Howdy!

As the end of the semester approaches, I’d like to provide updates on the following items:

Final Day to Apply for Graduation:
Per Student Rule 14.1, the last day for students to submit a Fall 2024 graduation application for a degree is Monday, December 2, 2024. Students are required to submit an individual graduation application for each degree program(s) they plan to graduate with this semester. All degree graduation applications must be submitted to Degree Audit via the Paper Graduation Application.

Final Degree Audit and Diplomas:
The final degree audit will be conducted on Thursday, December 12, 2024. Students that clear this audit will be included on the initial diploma order that will ship the week of January 13, 2025. Per Student Rule 14.5, degree candidates who do not clear this first audit will have until 5:00 p.m., Friday, January 17, 2025, to clear all degree requirements to be awarded for Fall 2024.

On Thursday, December 12, 2024, Fall 2024 Degree Candidates will not be available in the University Adjustment System (UAS). If a degree candidate does not clear the final degree audit on Thursday, they will be available in the UAS again starting Friday, December 13, 2024.

Please submit all final UAS requests for Degree Candidates by 5:00 p.m., Friday, December 6, 2024. This ensures timely processing of these requests so students who are clearing can have their degree(s) awarded and be included on the initial diploma order.
