Diploma and Transcript Notary Services

As a service to Texas A&M students and alumni, the Office of the Registrar offers free notarization for official university documents produced by our office (e.g., diplomas, official transcripts, and verifications) upon request.

Notary services are available by appointment or document drop off only. To request an appointment, email registrar-notary@tamu.edu, and please include:

whether the documents need to be Apostilled
contact number (optional)
