Undergraduate Degrees
Per student rule 14.2, a student must be enrolled in or have completed all degree requirements by the 60th class day of the fall or spring semester, or the 15th class day of the second summer term either in residence or at another college or university. All Spring 2025 undergraduate degree candidates must have all unmet requirements on their undergraduate degree evaluation shown as met or have corresponding documentation on file with the Degree Audit Office no later than April 14, 2025.
Every Friday, starting on February 21, 2025, Degree Audit will send weekly warning emails to undergraduate degree candidates and updated clearance lists to colleges.
These emails and updates will continue through the cancellation deadline on April 14, 2025. The weekly warning email to degree candidates will only be sent to those who are set for cancellation. The information distributed to colleges will include a breakdown of all students not currently clearing and will identify those set for cancellation.
Students can utilize the Graduation Cancellation page to determine what documentation they may need to provide to prevent the cancellation of their graduation application. Advisors should use that page along with the menus below to determine if they need to take any action on behalf of the student.
