Operational Analytics and Classroom Resources (OACR) supports the Texas A&M University community by facilitating the class scheduling cycle, student registration administration, and managing the university inventory of general classrooms. Academic departments are allocated priority access to university classrooms through utilization of the space in accordance with practices managed by OACR. Classroom utilization data, as well as enrollment, course demand, and other data sources provide critical, sometimes time-sensitive information to internal and university-level decision makers, and OACR is charged with analyzing and providing this data to inform operational decisions.
Additionally, OACR supports degree and enrollment status verifications provided by Texas A&M’s contracted agent and authorized certifying school official, National Student Clearinghouse (NSC), through close management and validation of reported data.
