Information for Class Schedulers
Welcome to room scheduling! As your department’s Room Scheduling Officer you act as a liaison between your faculty and the Registrar’s Room Scheduling team. You will be involved with scheduling courses and requesting room reservations, course data changes after publication, and continued communications with the Registrar’s Room Scheduling team. Our office prefers that requests be sent via email to your dean’s office. Approved requests will then be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org to record all communication between departments.
