Parking Passes

The week before graduation, reserved parking passes for lot 100g are distributed to stage party and hooding faculty members via campus mail. Additional parking is available near Reed Arena (traffic and parking maps). 

Handicapped parking is available with the appropriate parking permit. For Texas A&M University main campus parking questions, please contact Transportation Services at (979) 862-7275 (PARK).

Special Accommodations

Stage party members are assigned seats on the commencement stage. If you require special disability-related seating accommodations, please contact graduation@tamu.edu or call (979) 845-1059. 

Please notify us of any potential disability-related needs including, but not limited to:

• Stage party members who use a mobility device (wheelchair, scooter, walker, crutches, cane, etc.) or who may have difficulty walking long distances or walking up stairs.
• Stage party members who plan to bring a service animal (or service animal in training) to the ceremony.
• Stage party members who need communication access accommodations (access to sign language interpreter).
