• Use the “Position” on your check-in card to line up in the correct row. The letter in your position is your “row”. 
  • You can use the commencement program (linked above) and Line-Up Room Floor Example Plans (shown below) to assist in this process. 
• Complete the form on the back of your check-in card. This information will be given to Flash Photography, allowing them to send your free proofs of all pictures taken during the ceremony.
  • These cards will be collected from you as you exit the line-up room.
• Once you leave this room for the processional you will not be coming back. Please ensure you keep all belongings with you.

• Restrooms are available during the ceremony. You can exit the floor under Section 108 to access them.
  • Before leaving the floor, ensure your major is not about to cross the stage.
  • If you need to wait until after crossing the stage, we recommend returning to your seat after having pictures taken so you know where to return to.
• After crossing the stage, it is possible you will not return to the same seat. You MUST keep all personal belongings with you when you head to the stage to ensure the security of your items.
  • Any lost items can will be delivered to the Lost and Found for Reed Arena at the conclusion of the ceremony. Please email specialevents@athletics.tamu.edu for questions on accessing Lost and Found.

• The Aggie War Hymn will be played at the conclusion of the ceremony. 
• Once the War Hymn ends, please remain standing and collect your personal belongings. 
• Rows will be dismissed by Commencement Staff and students will exit Reed Arena between the South and West Entrances.
• We recommend planning a location away from these entrances to reconnect with your guests to avoid the large crowd.
• Once you have exited the arena, re-entry is not permitted.
