The university’s 2026-2027 Undergraduate Catalog and Graduate and Professional Catalog are now open for edits. Changes to catalog content may be completed in the online system now through Friday, March 6, 2026.

Page owners, parties participating in the first step of the workflow, will receive a separate email today containing instructions on how to proceed. We ask that offices and departments review the current workflow for each catalog page and make updates to reflect changes in access or responsibilities. Academic departments will send in any role or workflow updates through their college’s catalog workflow coordinator. Please remember, changes made to academic programs or courses in either catalog must be submitted through the Curricular Approval Request System (CARS) by the curricular process deadlines established by the Undergraduate Curriculum Committee and Graduate and Professional Council. Catalogs will be published online in early May.
