Howdy!

The Office of the Registrar is excited to announce the final phase of the Course Level Change (CLC) workflow process is live in Howdy! Phase 3 will replace the manual process in Student Rule 1.11 and allow for all approvals to be granted via an online workflow.

Requests in this workflow will be initiated by an advisor and route through the Instructor, Department Head, and Dean for approval. All advisors currently have access to initiate CLC requests for students in their department. Advisors have the option to change the level assigned to the course. This information will be updated once the request receives final approval.

Additional instructions and information for the CLC workflow process can be found on our website. Use of this functionality will be available in Howdy once the registration cycle for Spring 2025 opens on Thursday, October 31, 2024.

With the launch of this final phase, paper forms for level change and double count requests are no longer available on our website. Additionally, these forms will no longer be accepted by Degree Audit. Please work with your Primary Authorizing Agent (PAA) to ensure you have all necessary access to utilize this online workflow.
