As the Spring 2025 term begins, I’d like to provide the following updates:
Graduation Deadlines:
All Spring 2025 graduation deadlines are now available on the deadline webpage. Periodic updates will be sent from Degree Audit to the REGI and UAC listservs. Please note the deadline for Fall 2024 degree candidates to clear and be awarded is Friday, January 17, 2025.
Curriculum Changes for Spring 2025:
Any curriculum change that needs to be active for the Spring 2025 term must be completed in Compass by 11:59 p.m., Wednesday, January 29, 2025. This includes the following:
- Degree or Major Changes
- Adding or Removing Minors
- Adding, Removing, or Changing Concentrations/Options/Tracks
- Changing a Catalog Term
- NOTE: Incorrect curriculum updates can lead to issues with a student’s eligibility for financial aid and the CPOS process. Please reach out to Degree Audit at degree-audit@tamu.edu with any questions regarding curriculum updates in Compass.
Additionally, all Additional Curriculum Requests (Add/Remove a Certificate or Double Degree) and Double Major Requests (Add/Remove) must be submitted to Degree Audit through the University Adjustment System (UAS) by 5:00 p.m., Wednesday, January 29, 2025 to be active for Spring 2025. Any request received after this deadline will be made active for the Summer 2025 term.
