Howdy,

As the end of the semester approaches, I’d like to provide updates on the following items:

Final Day to Apply for Graduation:

Per Student Rule 14.1, the last day for students to submit a Summer 2025 graduation application for a degree is Tuesday, August 5, 2025. Students are required to submit an individual graduation application for each degree program(s) they plan to graduate with this semester. All degree graduation applications must be submitted to Degree Audit via the Paper Graduation Application.

Final Degree Audit and Diplomas:

The final degree audit will be conducted on Monday, August 11, 2025. Per Student Rule 14.5, degree candidates who do not clear this first audit will have until 5:00 p.m., Friday, August 29, 2025, to clear all degree requirements to be awarded for Summer 2025. All diplomas will ship to students starting the week of September 16, 2025.

On Monday, August 11, 2025, Summer 2025 Degree Candidates will not be available in the University Adjustment System (UAS). If a degree candidate does not clear the final degree audit on Monday, they will be available in the UAS again starting Tuesday, August 12, 2025.
