The end of the semester is near, and your commencement ceremony is approaching soon! The full Summer 2025 commencement ceremony schedule can be viewed on the Aggie One Stop website. Guest tickets will not be required for Summer 2025 commencement.
 
A Graduation Checklist is also available online to help provide you with additional instruction and reminders.
 
Ceremony Information:

  • On the day of your ceremony, report to the student check-in area at Reed Arena. If you have not checked in at least 30 minutes prior to the start of your ceremony, you will be marked absent and your name will not be announced during the ceremony.
  • Disability Accommodations: Degree candidates with mobility or other disability-related needs who may require accommodations in order to participate in the ceremony should contact Laura Zeig at 979-845-1059 or graduation@tamu.edu no later than Friday, August 1, 2025.
  • As a courtesy to your fellow graduates, please be prepared to remain for the entire ceremony. The ceremony is expected to last approximately three hours.
  • Guest seating in the arena will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. Additional information regarding accessible seating and parking for guests can be found on the Parking & Special Accommodations page of our website.
  • If you have not had an opportunity to purchase regalia yet, packages can be ordered online through the Barnes & Noble Bookstore


Graduation Clearance and Diploma Information:

  • A final degree audit for all Summer 2025 degree candidates will be conducted on Monday, August 11, 2025.
  • If you do not clear the initial audit, all unmet degree requirements must be resolved by 5:00 p.m. on Friday, August 29, 2025, to have your degree awarded for Summer 2025. 
  • Diplomas will be mailed starting September 16, 2025 and mailed to the address included in your graduation application, upon verification of completion of all degree requirements. If you need to make any changes to the diploma mailing address on file, please email updates to degree-audit@tamu.edu as this address cannot be updated in Howdy. Please submit any changes via email no later than 12:00 p.m., Friday, August 8, 2025. You can view your current diploma mailing address in Howdy through the Graduation Application and Status Check and double clicking on "Degree Candidate" in the "Application Status" column. If you have more than one active graduation application, select the line that corresponds to the application you would like to view.
