A recent change to Student Rule 14.2 has been approved. This change stipulates that Degree Requirement Verification (DRV) for coursework taken outside of Texas A&M can only be provided for in-progress coursework. Degree candidates must submit an official transcript for any completed transfer coursework prior to the deadlines stated in Student Rule 14.2.  
 
Our office has contacted all Spring 2025 degree candidates that previously submitted DRV for a completed course and we have instructed them to submit an official transcript no later than 5:00 p.m. on April 14, 2025. A list of impacted students has been sent to each dean’s office as well.
