Howdy!

The University’s 2025-2026 Undergraduate Catalog and Graduate and Professional Catalog are open for edits.  Changes for catalog content may be completed in the online system through Friday, March 7, 2024.

Page Owners, parties participating in the first step of workflow, will receive an email containing the steps on how to proceed.

We ask that offices and departments review the current workflow and make updates to reflect changes in access or responsibilities. Our website has details concerning how to obtain catalog system access and training. 

Please remember, changes made to any academic program or course in either catalog must be submitted through the University’s Curricular Approval Request System, (CARS), by the curricular approval process deadline.

Catalogs will be published online in early May.
