Welcome to Part 4 of the "Know Before You Go" email series for Spring 2024 Commencement. In this installment, we'll cover the process for last-minute changes to your graduation application and diploma mailing. 

Graduation Application Changes:
If your plans have changed, and you are no longer able to attend the ceremony, please notify Degree Audit at degree-audit@tamu.edu. Updating your attendance status helps our team ensure a smooth ceremony for all attendees.

Diploma Mailing Address Changes:
Any changes to your diploma mailing address must be made by 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, May 8, 2024. These changes cannot be made through Howdy, nor can they be made after diplomas have been ordered. To update this address, please email all changes to degree-audit@tamu.edu

Diploma Mailing Timeframe:
All diplomas for students who meet all degree requirements in Spring 2024 will be ordered and delivered based on the schedule posted on the Diploma Information webpage. Upon shipment of your diploma and/or certificate, you will receive an email containing a tracking link for the shipment.
