Howdy!
The Curricular Approval Request System (CARS) utilized for University academic program and course inventory is undergoing a system update and will be down for maintenance beginning on Tuesday, May 14th at 8:00 a.m. We anticipate that the system will be unavailable for at least one week and will send another notification once the update is finished and CARS is accessible again. Users will be unable to edit or submit proposals in CARS during this time; however, those in approving roles can continue to approve proposals using the Approver’s Console.
Upon completion of the update, users will notice revised forms and changes for the University’s Quick Look Assessment when submitting changes to existing inventory items or proposing new.
