The graduation application for certificates set to be awarded in the Fall 2025 term is now available. All students planning to graduate with a certificate(s) in Fall 2025 must apply for graduation through the Graduation Application and Status Check in Howdy by 11:59 p.m., November 5, 2025. A Certificate Processing and Service Charge of $25 is assessed for each certificate graduation application submitted by students. This fee is non-refundable and non-transferrable.
The online application deadline for certificate programs is 11:59 p.m., November 5, 2025. This applies to all students who will complete requirements for their certificate program(s) in the Fall 2025 term. All applications submitted after November 5, 2025, must be submitted to the Office of the Registrar, Degree Audit using a paper graduation application. Graduation applications for certificate programs will not be accepted after 11:59 p.m., December 8, 2025. If you miss this deadline, you must apply for graduation for those programs in the Spring 2026 term.
If you do not plan to complete the certificate program(s) that are currently active on your record, action must be taken to have this program(s) removed. Students can submit a Certificate Removal Form to Degree Audit (degree-audit@tamu.edu) or contact an academic advisor for the respective certificate so that it can be removed from your records.
