As the Summer 2024 term begins, I’d like to provide the following updates:

Graduation Deadlines:
All Summer 2024 graduation deadlines are now available on the deadline webpage. Periodic updates will be sent from Degree Audit to the REGI and UAC listservs. Please note the deadline for Spring 2024 degree candidates to clear and be awarded is Friday, May 31, 2024.

University Adjustment System (UAS) Changes:
Additional Curriculum/Double Major Requests – on Monday, May 20, 2024, the program and major codes used when submitting requests to add a Double Degree, Double Major, or Certificate will change. Starting on Monday, requestors should use the codes that are effective for Fall 2024 based on changes approved from the Quick-Look Assessment.

The attached file includes all new codes that will be used effective with the Fall 2024 term. If the program/major code is not listed on the attached file, users should continue to use the existing code that was active in the 2023-2024 academic year.

Note: If the program/major code you work with is not listed in the attached document, you would continue to use the existing code for the respective program/major.
