Welcome to the first installment of the "Know Before You Go" email series for Spring 2025 Commencement, taking place May 8-10, 2025. Commencement ceremonies are a cherished opportunity for all Aggie degree candidates to celebrate their accomplishments alongside family and friends. We hope that this significant milestone marks just the beginning of your lifelong journey of learning. The full ceremony schedule is available on the Aggie One Stop website.

As we approach commencement, which is now just over a week away, this email series aims to provide you with crucial information and reminders to ensure a memorable and stress-free day for you and your guests.

Over the next few days, you can expect the following emails with additional details:

  • Friday, May 2, 2025 - Ceremony Information to share with your Guests
  • Monday, May 5, 2025 - Information on what you, our graduates, can expect the day of your ceremony
  • Tuesday, May 6, 2025 - Information regarding ceremony attendance changes and diploma delivery
  • Wednesday, May 7, 2025 - Final Reminders

Please continue to monitor your Texas A&M email account for these communications. Additionally, each message will be available on our website shortly after being sent. They can be accessed on the News section of our website.

Ahead of the ceremonies next week, now would be a good time for you to start getting your regalia ready. Be sure you have removed it from the packaging, so any wrinkles have time to come out. If you have not had an opportunity to purchase regalia yet, packages are available through the Barnes & Noble Bookstore at the Memorial Student Center (MSC).

Lastly, a FAQ page is available for graduates and their guests through the Aggie One Stop website.

Thank you.
